I lost five pounds this week! I hope I can keep this up. I didn’t run today because I felt a “twitch” in my left knee Saturday night and I wanted to rest it a day. Right now, Monday morning at 00:40 AM, it feels like a champ, so maybe a day of rest was exactly what it needed.

Overall, I have shaved better than a minute off of my “per mile pace.” I can’t wait until I get down to the sub 10 minute per mile.
